After a spinal injury my wrap gives me relief from pain both at the top and base of my fusion.

I also occasionally suffer from sciatic nerve discomfort which is greatly relieved by the warmth from my wrap.

I purchased this as a present and it did not disappoint. He uses it after golf/pickleball for all his aches and pains. It is easy to hang over shoulders, chest, back or waist. If it is specifically for joints, I would recommend the joint wrap for better fit. I'm hopeful this will help in recovery for years to come.

I gifted the Infaredi wrap to my parents for Christmas. Both suffer from arthritis pain and after using consistently for ~4 weeks, they both notice a huge difference in their pain & inflammation.
