Use on my side & back as I do lots of lifting, & must have a weak muscle that gets quite painful. Ordered the wrap, started using it & it really seems to help, still gets painful, not as severe & goes away quicker. Does red light therapy work through clothes?
Yes and no. Red Light therapy does not penetrate through clothing or bandages as it visible to the eye. However near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings.
How often do I need to use red light therapy?
