I have been using this wrap on my knees for a month now and all I can say is that my knees are. So much better. I put it on twice a day and it is so good because I can pull trousers or a skirt over it and no one woukd know it is there I used to walk down stairs backwards because of pain but in the last week I am walking down normally again and the pain is now minimal. I am going to buy another now that I know it works so I can do both knees at the same time.

I purchased the Body Wrap Plus for more coverage and have been using it 2x daily at 20min each session for past 29 days.
It has relieved my left frozen shoulder stiffness that I’ve been suffering from for about 8 months and given me little more mobility alongside my acupuncture treatments. As a piano teacher, it has helped my early onset arthritis in my fingers & wrist tendonitis after a lengthy practice session.
My senior dog (15yo Shihpoo) has been using it daily as well for a torn CCL & he’s instantly relaxed and falls asleep! Since he’s covered with fur, I’m not sure the 880nm is penetrating to his joints though.

Does red light therapy work through clothes?
Yes and no. Red Light therapy does not penetrate through clothing or bandages as it visible to the eye. However near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings.
